How To Delete A Work Order In KBOX

After logging into KBOX at , select 'Work Orders' > 'Tickets'

KBOX ticket search by ticket number

1.) You may search your previously entered work order via it's ticket number, your username, or the device's asset tag
2.) Ensure that your search result is the work order you'd like to delete
3.) Select the ticket number in blue to open the details of the ticket

KBOX choose action, delete ticket

1.) Click on 'Choose Action'
2.) Select 'Delete'

KBOX confirm delete ticket prompt

You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to delete your ticket, and select 'Yes'. You will be redirected to the main ticket page.
