How To Login To Employee Portal

Visit the Employee Portal site

Visit the URL above ( http://employee.apsb.org ) or find the Employee Portal link on http://helpdesk.apsb.org

Employee Portal sign in with incorrect password lock out message

1.) Enter your AD (active directory) username
2.) Enter your AD (active directory) password
3.) If you have an active account, entering the correct username and the incorrect password will cause you to receive an error message that you have (3,2,1) attempts left before your account is locked. If locked out, please send an email to helpdesk@apsb.org asking to be unlocked

Employee Portal sign in with no active account message

1.) Enter AD (active directory) username
2.) Enter AD (active directory) password
3.) If the username you have entered is correct and you see an error message that states the information is not recognized instead of the error message in the step above you do not have an active account within Employee Portal
4.) If you are a new hire or simply never set up an account in Employee Portal please click the 'Create an account' link to the right of the login boxes
